REGISTERED PSYCHOTHERAPIST (CRPO)
My approach to therapy is grounded in mindfulness, compassion, and a genuine interest in getting to know your unique experiences. I aim to create a supportive space where you can slow down, reflect, and talk openly about what you’re going through.
I work with youth (12+), adults, families, and groups, and draw from evidence based approaches such as Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and Solution Focused Therapy (SFT). Together, we will focus on practical tools and strategies that can help you navigate life’s challenges and move toward the changes you want to see.
I believe therapy works best when it’s tailored to the individual. Everyone’s experiences are different, and our work together will reflect that, focusing on your strengths, goals, and what matters most to you.
