Therapy provides a supportive & private environment where you can openly discuss your concerns, gain insight into your thoughts, feelings & learn effective coping strategies.

Therapy is a private & confidential process where you can freely express your thoughts & feelings without fear of judgement. Your sessions are conducted in a safe & secure environment, ensuring that your privacy is respected at all times. Your Therapist is also bound by strict ethical guidelines & confidentiality agreements, so you can trust that your personal information remains safe.

The number of sessions needed depends on your individual circumstances, such as the issues being addressed, goals & progress. Some people may benefit from short term therapy consisting of a few sessions, while others may require longer term therapy to explore deeper rooted issues & work towards lasting change. The duration of therapy will be tailored to meet your unique needs.

If you're not feeling ready for therapy, that's absolutely okay! 


It's important to recognize when you need support, but also when you might not be in the right space to fully engage in the process. Take your time & when you feel more prepared to explore your concerns, therapy will be here for you.

While we don't offer direct billing for psychotherapy services, we're happy to provide you with a detailed receipt after every session. This receipt includes all of the necessary information to receive reimbursement from your insurance provider.

The frequency of sessions can vary depending on individual needs. Typically, sessions are scheduled once a week at the beginning of therapy or during times of crisis, but can be adjusted based on your preferences & as progress is made & goals are achieved. Your therapist will work with you to determine the most appropriate frequency to support you in achieving your desired outcomes.
